Chocolate and Carrot cup cakes…

2 grated carrots

1/2 cup cocoa

185g butter

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

2 cup SR flour

1/4 cup milk

all mixed together with what ever you have to do the job. Cooked at 180 in our best friend WebberQ.. I still have not mastered the icing. Any pointers or advice please let me know. I am just a beginner. Hope you like my cake!
